Which Integra scale automatically transfers postage amount to the meter?
The automatic meter set feature is available only on the N300/3K00 (Integra 2 lb.)scale. On all other models, you must press the Meter Set key to transfer postage to the meter.

Where is the Product Code and Serial Number on my Integra Scale?
To find the product code number and serial number on your Integra scale, remove the top cover of the scale. There will be a white Pitney Bowes label fastened toward the back of the platform. The label will show MOD (stands for Model), CODE (Product Code Number) and SER. (Serial).
