How Do I Update Postage Rates on My DM Series Meter?
If you have downloaded the new rates, but your meter still shows the old postage rate ($0.42), you may have stored $0.42 in your Normal Preset. You can easily update your meter to show the correct postage rate by setting your meter's Normal Preset to 1st Class Letter.  To accomplish this, select your meter type below.

How will I be billed for my meter, refill charges, and postage on my DM100® or DM200® Digital Mailing System?
  You will be billed quarterly for your postage meter rental. When you download postage to your account, the refill fee will also be applied to your quarterly invoice. Your postage will need to be pre-paid separately.
