No. The retail labels supplied by your local post office does not include the necessary information required to process you confirmation services transaction electronically.

Delivery and Signature Confirmation Services are available with First Class packages, Priority Mail and Package Services (Parcel Post, Library, Media Mail, and Bound Printed Matter).

The system is busy. As with any internet system, performance can be affected by many outside influences. If you receive a similar message, try again at a later time.
