If the item was mailed recently, it may not yet have a delivery scan. Try you inquiry again later. The absence of a delivery scan for a mail piece does not necessarily mean the item wasn't delivered. It's possible the piece was delivered but the scan was not captured. The Postal Service reports that it's current rate is approximately 98% nationally, but continues to improve.
