How do I cancel my mailing equipment?
The equipment cancellation process depends on the type of contract you have with Pitney Bowes. If the equipment is under a rental contract it may be cancelled by providing Pitney Bowes with a 30-day notice once the initial contract agreement has been satisfied. Please include your Customer Account Number and contact information for follow-up purposes. You may also contact the Customer Care billing support group at 1-800-228-1071.
What FedEx rates are changing in 2009?
Effective January 5, 2009 FedEx will be making changes to some of their rates. Below is a summary from FedEx on what will be changing.   FedEx Express Standard List Rates
Why am I being charged Sales Tax?
Accounts are billed taxes according to address of the equipment. The State and Local tax jurisdictions require that all customers must have a valid tax certificate on file prior to changing the status.
Could the tax bill include sales tax?
Yes. Some tax jurisdictions apply sales tax to personal property taxes.
How is Equipment Tax billed?
Equipment Tax billings will be included in your EZPay statement.  
Why do I have so many account numbers?
Each division within Pitney Bowes requires a separate account number.
Why are we charged property tax?
Per the terms of the lease the lessee is responsible for tax items and/or fees.
