N400 - Scale shows $1.42 for all weights Select 1st Class rather than Media Mail.

N400 - Scale display does not reach three pounds The platform is incorrectly seated or there is mechanical interference.  Check for foreign matter under platform.

N400 - No display Check power source, Test by plugging into a known good outlet (in the wall if possible). Unplug scale, remove and clean PROM, reinsert and power up scale.
