How do I set up an electronic relationship with Pitney Bowes?

Pitney Bowes currently offers the following EDI transactions for Supplies, Rentals,  Lease, and Maintenance agreements:

• Purchase Orders
• Invoices
• Payment Advice

Communication methods and portals that we currently support:

• Ariba
• OB10
• XIGN (Invoices only)
• EDI (Standard x12 format)
• Other methods and portals by special request

To get started, simply download and complete the attached EDI setup request form and return via email to edisetup@pb.com.   A Pitney Bowes representative will contact you within two business days to review your request.
