Create and Edit a Password on the Mailstation or Mailstation 2

To create or edit a password:

Press Menu

Scroll and select Use Accounting functions?

Scroll and select Edit an existing account?

Scroll and select the account you want to edit

If there isn't a password assigned:

  • Press Yes to edit the name. After editing the name, this prompt appears if a password has not been assigned: Assign a password to account
  • Press No to edit the name. The prompt Assign a password to account appears if a password has not been assigned. If you press No, the display prompts Stay in accounting? Press No again to return to the Main screen

If a password is assigned:

  • Enter the password to begin editing
  • Press Yes or No to edit the name
    • If you press Yes, edit the name. When you are finished, the display says Edit account password?
    • If you press No, the display says Edit account password?
