IntelliLink Desktop for Ascent/SendSuite Xpress and SendSuite Shipping

Important Update: In an effort to improve our customer experience and provide a greener solution, Pitney Bowes provides updates electronically to your software through the IntelliLink Desktop tool. Please follow the steps below to ensure the tool is installed and your system is up to date.

With IntelliLink® Desktop you can:

  • Go green!
  • Update your system automatically via the Internet
  • Better manage your software and rate updates
  • Get automatic reminders of all updates  

To install IntelliLink Desktop you need:

  • SendSuite® Xpress, Ascent™ or SendSuite® Shipping installed on your computer*
  • Broadband Internet connection (such as cable or DSL)
  • 1 GB of available hard drive space 

*IntelliLink Desktop can only be installed on the computer system that has SendSuite® Xpress, Ascent™ or SendSuite® Shipping.

Installation will take about 10 minutes.


 What to expect after Installing IntelliLink Desktop:

  • The application checks for available updates and downloads them daily at 12:00 PM or at a time chosen by you. 
  • Updates are available for installation when you see the IntelliLink Desktop icon in your system tray appear yellow (or red for time sensitive updates).

  • To access the update, double click the yellow or red icon on the system tray to open IntelliLink Desktop.
  • For update information, click the update line in the lower part of the screen.
  • To install the update, click the INSTALL button located in the Action column.
