The "Waste Tank Full" message on your DM Mailing System means that your ink system requires immediate maintenance. The system may not be usable until the waste tank (waste tray) is replaced.
Select your machine from the choices below:
- DM100i and DM200L
- C-Series (DM200c, DM400c, DM450c, DM475)
- All other DM customers, place your service request online by logging into My Account and selecting Create a Service Request
