What to do if your mailing system displays the Battery Low message

When the meter battery expires, the meter will lock and secure your funds. Meter operation will not be possible until the battery is replaced. You can avoid this by addressing the Battery Low or any battery other warning messages as soon as it appears.

DM100i, DM200L, DM125 and DM225
The battery installed on your DM100i, DM200L, DM125 and DM225 is part of the meter security device and requires technical service. Request service for the DM100i, DM200L, DM125 or DM225 battery.
