What to do if your mailing system displays the Battery Low message

When the meter battery expires, the meter will lock and secure your funds. You can avoid this by addressing the Battery Low or any battery warning messages as soon as it appears.

If the mailstation software is not current, the error message can be remedied by updating to the latest version.  Learn more about the Battery Message on the mailstation.
 
 
DM100i, DM200L, DM125 and DM225
 
The battery installed on your DM100i, DM200L, DM125 and DM225 is part of the meter security device and requires technical service.  Request service for the DM100i, DM200L, DM125 or DM225 battery.
